The Product
The Product is a digital download that may include a spreadsheet workbook (Excel and Google Sheets), a PDF playbook, a Word and PDF toolkit, an example workbook, videos and a guide. Nothing is shipped. After checkout you receive access to the files as described on the checkout page.
License
When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one buyer to use the Product for your own short-term rental activity. You may not resell, share, redistribute, publish or give the files to others, or use them to build a competing product. We keep all intellectual property rights in the Product.
Price and payment
The price is shown at checkout, in US dollars, as a one-time payment. Payments are processed by our checkout provider. There is no subscription.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy.
Not advice, and no guarantee of results
The Product is a planning and tracking tool. It is not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, financial or investment advice. Examples, screenshots and sample numbers are fictional and for illustration only. Your results depend on the numbers you enter, your market, local rules and your own decisions, and they will vary. We do not guarantee any income, profit or outcome. Check your local laws, lease terms, lender rules, taxes and insurance before hosting, and consult qualified professionals where needed.
Third-party names
StayStarter is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com. Those names belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility with files you download from your own accounts.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Product is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business decisions made using the Product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes apply to future purchases and uses from the date shown above.
