I have never hosted. Is it too advanced?

No. The Start Here guide takes 4 minutes, the Playbook is in plain English, and the example workbook shows every tab already filled in. If you already host, Path B has you paste your Airbnb earnings file and read your Dashboard.

What software do I need?

Microsoft Excel 2016 or later, or a free Google account for Google Sheets. Some features can look different on a phone, so a computer is best.

Does it promise that I will make money?
